Partners in Business and Love Launch That 1 Painter North Tampa

Aaron & Christina Pabon | Owners of T1P North Tampa

Husband and wife duo, Aaron & Christina Pabon have years of experience as partners in “both business and shenanigans”. During six years together at their college newspaper, they witnessed each other’s passion for excellence, “Aaron and I work really well together. At the newspaper, he started as a writer, and I a layout editor. By the time we left he was the editor in chief and I managing editor.” Christina shares. Their dynamic is complimented by Christina’s love of logistics and puzzle-solving, and Aaron’s warm and outgoing nature.

The Pabon’s background and family-oriented mindset make them an oustanding fit for the home services industry, “I grew up watching my parents working hard to provide for me.” Christina’s grandfather started his own business in Miami, “and I saw all the lives that were touched by them. They were able to sponsor my little league games and donate to community improvement programs.” Aaron shares that the couple began this endeavor, in order to continue that legacy for their family and community, lending a helping hand where they can, “Being surrounded by 55+ communities, I want to be able to help them upkeep their homes and help promote job growth in my area.”

That 1 Painter’s systems have given Aaron and Christina the freedom they sought in their business venture. Aaron says they wanted “the opportunity for professional independence and growth”, with the flexibility of working remotely, Christina adds, “so I have time with my family.” That 1 Painter’s training in networking has Aaron fired up “to put in the research and time to work with realtors, local painting companies, and businesses of all kinds.”. As diverse and active hobbyists, from comic book and old-school vinyl records collecting to their passion for stand-up comedy, anime, manga, video games, and books, this couple is setting off on a trajectory to make deep and lasting in-roads with their community right off the bat.
